Strawberry Quartz, which itself is a crystal that promotes inner balance, is a mixture of Quartz, Hematite and Mica. The richness of the color depends on the amount of iron within the quartz.
Lepidolite is a soft energy crystal that helps keep the body's emotions calm. Just holding this crystal can help align the entire chakra column.
