Sourced in Afghanistan (hence its name), Afghanite is a high energy crystal that stimulates the brain and promotes clear thinking. This is an essential stone for aligning the Third Eye and Crown chakras together, and is highly regarded for priming your consciousness to receive messages from your spirit guides.
Rhodonite, sometimes nicknamed the 'Stone of Love', is a stone of warm positive energies helpful for promoting generosity and self love as well as suppressing anxiety and stress. Rhodonite is helpful for working with the heart and root chakras and is an ideal stone for purging negative energies of the past.
Jasper promotes balance and stability. It provides strength of purpose and, like all jaspers, it is a grounding stone. During meditation it is believed to infuse the holder with a sense of joy.
