Traditional Handmade Lapis Lazuli 108 Bead Mala With Jade and Bodhi Seed

When preparing to create this 108-bead mala I selected from the richest, most vibrantly colored blue Lapis Lazuli beads with Pyrite inclusions. In addition to the Lapis I selected two green Jade beads and a seed from the Bodhi tree (which has a natural eye marking). As I tied the traditional knots between each of the beads, I was mindfully whispering heartfelt intention into the mala to create an amazing tool for those seeking the heart of truth.

The mala is a traditional string of 108 prayer beads used in Buddhism, Hinduism, or meditation to count mantras and focus the mind by tracking repeated prayers, mantras, or breathing exercises.

The Bodhi Tree is the tree Buddha sat under and achieved enlightenment. The seed of the Bodhi tree represents spiritual awakening, enlightenment and transformation.

Associated with strength, courage, wisdom and truth, Lapis Lazuli is a high-vibrational crystal that aids the opening of your third eye for the purpose of gaining higher knowledge and seeking out truth.

A stone of powerful energies, green Jade symbolizes well-being, good health, harmony and love.   Associated with the Heart chakra, green Jade can heal and nurture through the power of love and compassion.  It also has a significant connection to nature and can help keep you attuned to natural Earth energies whenever you find yourself surrounded by a human-made environment.
