Similar to Serpentine, Tremolite is an important crystal for establishing/reinforcing self love as well as for providing protection for the heart.  Used in conjunction with Jade, Green Tourmaline, Diopside (and of course Serpentine), Tremolite is a powerful tool for establishing a connection to Mother Earth and working with Her energies.
